ZYB Series High Pressure Gear Oil Transfer Pump for Waste Oil
ZYB series residual oil pump adopts self-sealing lubrication, the gap automatically adjusts the structure, and the parts are made of high wear-resistant materials. It has the characteristics of compact structure, good self-priming, high efficiency and strong adaptability. When the liquid is contaminated, the working life of the pump is more than 10 times longer than that of the general gear pump.
The design of the residual oil pump fully considers the interchangeability with the KCB series of ordinary gear pumps. The shape and installation dimensions and technical parameters are the same as those of the KCB series gear pumps. Therefore, this type of pump is also called "strong" type of KCB series. It also shows the important characteristics of long life and stable pressure of the pump when conveying medium with lubrication and no impurities.
This type of ZYB residual oil pump is suitable for transporting impurities such as heavy oil, diesel oil, coal tar and grain, oil, chemical, building materials and daily chemical products with a temperature not higher than 200 ° C and a viscosity of not more than 150 mm 2 /S containing non-metallic impurities.
